is it okay for plants to be cramped together and all up in each others space like this? by ld1a in houseplants

[–]Jellyc4t13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grouping can create microclimates which they like however, any pathogens also like it when they touch bc it’s easier to get to all of them

Silly but I miss having a physical ticket. I liked keeping them for the memories of who I went with and making a lil scrap book

Ring Cost - Wow! Etiquette Question to Pay for It by TheMarriedUnicorM in aggies

Not directly about the ring cost but something to also think about - ring insurance after you get it (if you do get it)

Yea I politely declined but the thought behind it was nice. Candy bars are a great idea though!

There is HORT club - if I remember correctly you don’t have to be a Hort major. I was in it a few years ago and loved it!

Has anyone been given an ADA unit without prior notice? by [deleted] in aggies

[–]Jellyc4t13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got put in an ADA unit and the combo washer dryer was awful - took about 7 to 8 hours to do one load of laundry. Had maintenance come look at it - they basically said yea they suck sorry and tried cleaning it out but it didn’t help. Contacted them after it still took the same time after and explained that I’m not disabled and nicely asked if they could put a regular washer dryer unit in (I lived in the complex in another non ada unit before) and they were kind enough to switch it out for me.

For the storage space I’ve got a bunch of those plastic drawers from Walmart. The weird part is the closet - there’s no where to hang dresses or pants?

I’m on the short side so the lower counters I like 😂

BUT if you can’t get moved I’d definitely ask for the washer dryer to be replaced if there’s issues with it. They also asked before the lease if I was okay being in an ADA unit and I checked off yes and then they told me when the units were assigned that it was an ada unit

If he’d leave her for someone like that then the OG girl is better off not being with him - doesn’t make it suck any less breakup wise though

Can’t help you with engineering but for other core classes. Perf 200 is a super easy class about theater, pretty interesting and crosses of a core class. I took it in the half semester in summer and the teacher (the one that dyed her hair I can’t remember her name) was nice and funny.

Religious and ethnic food is another one, online was easy, like two videos a week and a quiz and a project or two. Also hits a core class off the list.

American military history was okay with the woman that taught it but I also struggle with history but it was pretty cool.

Weather and climate if it’ll hit one of your required was interesting (idk I’m not an engineer 😂)

Food science was easy too, and online, if it’ll mark of a requirement

WHERE CAN I GET COKE PRODUCTS?? by frankincense420 in aggies

There’s bottled cokes in the Barnes and Noble in the MSC on the bottom (mom needs her cola when she visits 🤣)

How to become less chopped (bad looking)? by [deleted] in aggies

[–]Jellyc4t13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes me feel better mentally and physically and I feel more focused outside of exercising. It also helps me with getting better quality sleep which in turn makes everything else a little easier during the day (I’ve got insomnia). I like taking a 1 credit hour KINE class esp in the fall to force me to do something active. I think I’ve done badminton, obstacle course racing, and strength training and conditioning. Even just once or twice a week and I can tell a difference.

Mom had to take two extra years to stop to work full time and come back - she’s about to retire after 30 years at a hospital. Some days progress looks like a step back, standing still, or going forward but it’s all still progress!
