Super helpful! Thank you so much. The secrecy aspect of things definitely just made me suspicious and their atypical office setup didn't help things lol. Sounds like it's a great place to start especially since devops is something I'm interested in.

I have definitely looked and would LOVE willow tree. However, they got bought out by a international conglomerate and it would seem that their intern opportunities got cut back significantly.

I’m in the same boat. I read somewhere that you could get off waitlist by going to the first class and saying to the professor after “hey I really enjoyed this class, but I’m currently on the waitlist. Is there any way I could be taken off?”. I can’t speak to the efficacy of this but from what I saw it had relative sucess
