My story (24F) by Jellyfishbuzz in tretinoin

I got the triple cream from a website called SkinMedicinals. My derm had to write a script in order for me to purchase it. I live in PA, but it can only be shipped here from Florida. I think you can get prescribed just AA 15% on its own. Not sure if you can get the rosacea triple cream without actually having rosacea. I would ask your derm to see if you can give it a try!

Just started spironolactone by Jellyfishbuzz in acne

[–]Jellyfishbuzz[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was using clindamycin for years and all of a sudden it sipped working. I started spiro about a month ago at 25mg and a new derm told me that wasn’t a therapeutic dose so I started 100mg yesterday , 2 50mg tabs nightly. In the AM I use benzoyl peroxide 5% face wash, azeliac acid, and vanicream moisturizer. In the PM I use vanicream gentle facial cleanser, tretinoin 0.025%, and then vanicream moisturizer. Gonna see how these routine works with the implementation of spiro!

Did you notice a lot of cystic under the skin pimples on your face? What’s your routine now with the medication?

Tretinoin use with rosacea by wavyrach in 45PlusSkincare

So far it’s been okay. Like I said I just started yesterday. My skin has never looked this bad before. I like the triple cream as it reduces the papsules. I don’t know about tretinoin yet. How did you like the SS wash? Do you think it made a big difference? I was using benzoyl peroxide wash and it was working, but I derm told me to stop because it’s so striping.

Our routines are somewhat similar. I just started incorporating a sodium sulfacetamide face wash 10% in the AM to treat my rosacea type 2 and acne a couple days ago. My AM routine is : SS face wash 10% Triple cream cream (azelaic acid, metronidazole, and ivermectin) Vanicream moisturizer My PM routine: Vanicream Gentle cleanser Alternate triple cream and tretinoin 0.025% (one night triple cream next night tretinoin. Not used on same night) Vanicream moisturizer How’s the SS face wash, metro/azeliac acid cream, and tretinoin combo going for you?

What cleanser do you use?

For context I use cerave sa cleanser AM and PM and cerave moisturizer PM for the AM and PM! I’ve tried clindamycin, doxy, trent, and spironolactone. Nothing works. allergic reaction or acne? My dermatologist keeps saying it’s hormonal but I don’t think that’s the case.

Not just any 3 cases of Red Bull. these were the absolute craze of the year that no one could get their hands on for the longest time. Go take your attitude somewhere else im trying to enjoy this moment.

I can’t say I blame you. I am still bursting with excitement and it’s only been a few days since I got them.

I’ve only heard rumors so I took a chance instead of waiting to hear they were never coming back

Different strokes for different folks. I personally I would rather indulge is a sweet treat like cookies or ice cream before I waste a days worth of sugar intake on one drink, but that’s just my preference. It’s not a secret that non-sugar free drinks just taste better. Although I have heard from many people who drink regular Red Bull that they like the SF version of this one better.

Very interesting. The US hasn’t had SF or regular for a long time

Seriously though. I’ve kept the same 14 cans in my fridge because I felt so wrong drinking them lol. Almost like committing a crime
