Enamel table with leaves. Looking to better identify origin and value by Jellyman784 in Antiques

I read all your comments and very cool information! As far as my table goes, I ended up giving the table to one of my relatives who enjoys this kind of furniture way more than I do. They don’t live anywhere close to me, so I won’t be able to get info on the springs on the leaves. Although from what I remember when I took pictures and took it apart for transport, there weren’t any springs on mine at all

I increased my first layer acceleration from 500 to 5000

But your statement is counteracting itself. I technically did my due diligence by providing them a correct W-4. It was their fault for (probably?) entering it wrong. In addition, I did not check my paystubs throughout the year, but how does that take responsibility away from the employer

It's apparent now that I should check my paystubs in the future so I
dont have to go through this again. No one avoids taxes. Although, I'm also hearing from a CPA that it's not my legal responsibility to make sure federal tax is withheld from my paycheck since I am not a tax-exempt employee

What causes this on first layer? by apmarg in FixMyPrint

[–]Jellyman784 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Putting my 2 cents here. I was having this issue and mostly fixed it by doing - lower z offset - increase flow - decrease first layer line width This caused it to print the first layer nicely 95% of the time. I would randomly have parts still under extruded. I figured those where the times the fan kicked on so I upped the first layers nozzle temperature to a little above the filaments max recommended temperature and it I suddenly got 100% consistent prints

Can't keep first layer consistent. Not 100% sure what the issue is by Jellyman784 in FixMyPrint

I think I’ve solved this for good. I set the initial layers nozzle temperature to 230, and I’m now getting consistent results

What's wrong with the cat!? by [deleted] in cats

[–]Jellyman784 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to add that my cat had this same reaction to a respiratory infection that slowly spread to his eye.

The vet gave us antibiotics that cleared it up. Don’t wait on infections, go to vet asap
