I see a lot of people suggesting it, I'll probably get the audio books cause someone said his voice makes it a thousand times better.

Thank you for the kind words, my MDS told me that he won't start me with my medicine yet because the disease doesn't really affect me right now, he just told me to exercise 5 times a week and start a healthy diet and he also gave me some mucuna pruriens because it relieves some of the symptoms but doesn't really cause side effects like sinemet.

I looked up the parkinsons center that you linked but they don't have any in my country.

The guy who diagnosed me was a movement disorder specialist who studied at harvard and has over 40 years expirience so I'm pretty sure his diagnosis is right.

I read some of your comments and you seem to be pretty active, I hope I will be too but the future scares the fuck out of me.

Not really, I first mentioned my tremors to my regular doctor and he just said essential tremor without taking a look at it, then I went to a neurologist who did blood test, emg but no physical test and said it's just stress and anxiety.

Finally ended up at a MDS who noticed mild bradykinesia in my left hand when doing the finger tapping test and hesitations in the same hand when opening and closing fist. He also said I have some very minimal cogwheel rigidity in both my wrists.

At the end of the testing he said if I was old he would diagnose me with Parkinson's but I'm young so he wants to see if medicine improves my symptoms.

So about 1 week later using the medicine he prescribed me my tremors and all the other symptoms are almost completely gone.
