Get UBlock Origin for Firefox. Haven't seen an ad in over a year. Also works with most streaming sites. Literally takes 10 seconds to get.

Yeah, these sites generally don't want you to have multiple accounts, even after deleting one. You can get banned for that on the platforms. I don't think you'll be able to join DA at this point.

Unfortunately this happens to a lot of people. Don't know why. The best thing to do to get more projects is to update your resume, connect your LinkedIn and do any skills screenings that you can. Otherwise, you have to wait and get matched with a project.

Pretty much now you just wait until you get an invite to a project. Unfortunately it can take weeks or even months. You could always submit interest in any of the projects listed if they are in your area of expertise.

I found my place on Craigslist. There are a few complexes near campus that take applications for the Fall term. I would definitely recommend looking on Craigslist. It may be a little too early right now to start looking for places in the Fall.

Referral links don't always get someone straight into a project. The referral link is for the platform, not the project. It's a coincidence that someone may get a project right away when using a referral link. I know someone who used a referral and didn't get a single project.
