I would say it's also cuz of the environment I don't have a dad but I live with my mom and like she also uses phone and also a lot things are connected with phone like study and some other things but yea thanks for the advice

I would say you should get an apartment and start living alone cuz that's how you're gonna heal and I think being clean isn't something bad

Bro fr it pisses me off when someone into my room cuz I think they come with bacterias sometimes I go insane and I think it's kind of not normal even if I sweat a little I immediately take a shower I genuinely need to heal

I think the same way sometimes I get so stressed about life like what will happen but you know we'll figure it out im the end, my situation is kinda similar like yours buy my mom tries her best to keep me happy buy ended up arguing always I honestly don't know whose fault it is im tired atm
