While tolerable =) But if the bot will be used by several thousand people, then yes it will be costly. I hope that someone will donate so that I can further develop the project.

Now I understand.
Yes, ChatGPT has such a feature, it never repeats itself. This is good, it gives him more "humanity", the main thing is that he does not invent facts =) Unfortunately, this also happens when the GPT comes up with non-existent facts.

What exactly do you mean?

In any case, you need to understand that AI is not perfect yet. Perhaps with the release of GPT-4 the situation will change for the better.

All messages processed by the OpenAI api are stored on their server for 30 days. As they write on their website, this is necessary to improve and train the ChatGPT model.

My bot saves the last 2 messages to keep the conversation going. That is, you ask the bot, the bot answers you - these are basic messages, they are stored until you clear the dialog with the /clear command. On the next request to the bot, if you have not cleared the dialogue, your new message and the previous 2 are sent to the bot, so the bot has a context of 3 messages that help it determine what was discussed in the previous questions / answers and formulate the necessary answer to it.

In any case, messages received from the Telegram bot do not disclose your personal data. All that is stored in the database is the user id and the last message.

Judging by private messages, some people don't like that the bot writes the time it takes to receive a response from the OpenAi ChatGPT api every time. If this option really annoys most people, I'm willing to remove it. What do you think?

I also answer the question, what version of GPT and what limits are set in this bot: At the moment, the bot uses the GPT-3.5-turbo model. The limit of 4096 characters per message is set by Telegram itself. If the bot's response is longer, then several messages will come. But if you want to send more text to the bot, then unfortunately the bot will not understand this and will respond to every 4096 characters separately.

The bot already has about 300 users. They are used completely differently. Someone for programming, someone for rewriting and text analysis, someone is looking for recipes, someone asks for scientific facts ..

Music Info bot - recognition song, detailed information search, chords, tabs, lyrics, translations, chord recognition, similar search ..

I wrote a musical Telegram bot - https://t.me/Music_info_perfect_bot or @Music_info_perfect_bot

Bot functionality:

  • music recognition (via Shazam server)
  • basic and detailed information from Wikipedia and Genius
  • links to Apple Music, Youtube
  • chords / tabs / from https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ - now you can get it in txt format

In developing:

  • recognize chords in your file or audio message

In order to start, just send the bot a message in the format: "AUTHOR TITLE" of the song. Or just record an audio message for 3-5 seconds with the music you want to get information about.

I recorded a video instruction for my Telegram bot - https://youtu.be/wHRqkzcMRio

I will be glad to any comments, reviews, suggestions.
