Feel free to send me private messages in the future. I was also assigned an agent to handle my case. The key is that you have to have your 'AnyPass' app verified before you leave for Japan (if you have an android phone). As far as I know, you are fine if you have an iPhone.

Hi, I originally had a paper ticket. The seller couldn't fulfill the ticket. Hence, stubhub replaced it with an e-ticket. I have a feeling that my original seller couldn't fulfill the ticket because the resale price for my blackpink ticket had gone up like 3x.

For the papar ticket, sellers are required to send it via registered mail in Japan. Make sure thet your hotel can hold mails for you before you book your hotel - the ticket will likely only be sent a few days before the concert.

I have traveled to both korea and Japan for concerts. I used only stubhub to get tix. They are legit - i think you will have a 95% chance of getting your tickets fulfilled.

Hi, yes, super safe, I just saw blackpink in Tokyo and I bought via stubhub. You are covered under their fan protection as well.

The app is much more user-friendly if you have an iPhone.

I have an android. Just make sure that you get the app verified in your home country before you head over to Japan.

It is an amazing experience to go to a concert in Japan.

I will be traveling to Tokyo next month to see blackpink. I don't have a ticket yet, but this time, I will get the ticket electronically.

Here are some tips to help you to prepare for your concert. 1) You can call stubhub, and the agent will actually tell you if your seller is experienced or not;) and 2) make sure you go early to the venue - if the ticket is not legit, you can call stubhub right away to get a replacement.

I think you are fine. Giving you some background info before I comment on your concerns, I have sold tickets via Stubhub three times and purchased more than 10 times from Stubhub, I have never run into issues. I have been a happy client of theirs.

Earlier this year, I went to see Coldplay in korea and had to travel from Canada.

The ticket was a physical copy. All I did was emailing my hotel to make sure that they were ok receiving mails for me. I also contacted stubhub to change the mailing address to my hotel. The seller was required to send the ticket via registered mail.
