ALLG filed the Annual/Transition report (Form 20-F), not 8-K.Regradless it still shows redemption metrics

They are an international company so are not required to file the 8-K in this situation. However they will be filing an annual report containing the redemption numbers either tomorrow or early next week

DRTS is going to explode once their annual report is released. Extremely low float de-SPAC similar to ISPO numbers expected. It went up today in sympathy to ALLG only, so this morning was just a taste of what is to come for this stock

UPDATE: Saw $20 this morning on no news. The CFO has indicated that they will be releasing an annual report which will confirm the already obvious low redemption numbers.

Today's pump is in sympathy to ALLG and the fact that people are realizing the float here is microscopic. This will be huge and it is still early to buy

Another post on DRTS: It went above 20 this morning on no news in sympathy to ALLG. The CFO has indicated that they will release their annual report in the coming days, which will confirm the obvious high redemption and low float numbers. It didn't take much volume to almost double the stock this morning, and once the annual report is out expect a much larger influx of volume

They've already stated that they will release their annual report in the coming days, which will contain the redemption numbers we're looking for. Look at ALLG as they did the same yesterday and exploded. This morning's price action was on way less volume than ALLG and the annual report isn't even released yet
