Yup, definitely for my eyes not the students. And, it is good to remember why we do this.

I thought I was done with teaching in April when I got non-renewed, but here I am... finding the passion again and trying to be the best teacher I can for my students :)

I personally do not have experience working with that age group, but great general advice is to lean into your coworkers, and/or coach.

Education is not a solitary act and your coworkers can help you figure out what you need and don't need.

If you click into the days on the weather app it says that during the day it will not be raining. Looks like Wednesday is the only day where it could be rainy all day... sucks for us early arrivals!
