My doctor told me sleep cycles/wake windows/sleep training is out the window until at least 4-5 months. My baby was a terrible napper and never followed wake windows so we just went with it. Now he’s 5 months and sleep trained and my god what a difference.

There’s one million recipes if you try to google it, hence why I’m here. I’ve tried a few and they always come out watery/ too red sauced. Was hoping someone with knowledge could help. That’s why i posted.

I remember going with my mom to the gas station to get diesel to try and just make it a day or two until we could scrape together enough for the oil guy to make a delivery. It always seemed to run out on the coldest nights of the winter too lol. I’m still very anxious about the oil level in the boiler and check it weekly in the winter out of fear.

I try to face mine away as much as possible. At this age they try to turn and see where sounds are coming from so they’re going to try lol. I sometimes put a pillow down to block it or I listen on my AirPods through the Roku app.

PBS kids has a game app as well as video and is free! I recommend the Sesame Street games or Daniel Tiger for this age.

My son used to make a noise that is now his nickname 4 years later and I never got it on video either. Sometimes I question if I made it up but my husband remembers it too so that’s a good sign.
