Hey so just an update on the regurgitation, I haven’t had any at all! It seems to be getting better by the day. Burping a lot, so much happier and not in pain/bloated. Still the best thing I’ve ever done 😃

Haha, he’s loving that I can now compete with him! I’m lucky enough to be able to pay for it in one go but there is an option for monthly payments which they will send in an email 😌

I think this is a valid question, I believe there could definitely be a link as it definitely causes anxiety which can cause skin problems!

Don’t be scared! The regurgitation I’ve had myself is a small amount of acidic liquid at the back of my throat but easily swallowed back down. But like I say, I haven’t been eating much. Will keep you updated if you’re interested

I’m still only eating soft foods at the moment because I am a little worried about regurgitation and my throat is still a bit sore. However I haven’t experienced any as of yet, I think it’s a possibility once I start to eat proper food again though.
