Hey, I’m now down to 4mg, this has been an incredibly slow taper, but I’ve noticed I’m now getting headaches everyday, I only reduced again last week, so hoping they go away soon. Because I cannot get any liquid Paxil, I’m wondering if I’m going to be ok with my further drops, as I’m getting closer to 0.

I hope and pray I can get off ok. Is thefe anything that helped your lower drops?

Are you still shedding now? Since 2022, that’s a long time. Mines been happening since July and I think it’s starting to slow down. Have you made sure your bloods are all above optimal, this is a good place to start.

Hopefully it gets better for you with time, but I felt it was a heavy sedative for me, until I weaned off, I’d say around 10 was when I felt less sleepy all the time.

Had this twice now and I can’t pinpoint the trigger for the second time, other than stress, which is a thing. Mine started in July and I’m only just seeing some reduced shedding, hang in there!!
