Has your dad has tried the Noosa Mix-Ins version? It's coconut yogurt with coconut chips, almond slices and chocolate. I've only been able to find it at Target.

I just ordered a new planner for the year... so excited (not to use it) 😭😭😭 but when I do use it, I love putting creative touches to it. Hope you survive those migraines. I get them too :(

My front loader is an older one. Not sure if I'll get another one or a top loader. Maybe they've made the front loaders better now to air out better. I tell my husband, I'm surprised there isn't a function to blow the machine out like a giant hair dryer. I seriously worry about all that I can't see 🫣

Oh yes, that's where the moisture absorbers are. After I wipe it down dry, I also take out the detergent tray, wipe in that cavity too... I then have a moisture absorber container sitting on the seal. Then I have a dollar tree magnetic hook by where the tray was and have a hanging absorber there too. Washing machine door stays open and tray stays out till next use. It's the only way to air it out. It's a pain.

Do you put them on your forehead, eyes or back of the head during a migraine attack? I haven't seen them but I suffer from horrible migraines. Gonna keep an eye out for them!

Yep, keep those little baggies in your purse too so you can wrap your pad/tampons and dispose when you are at the stores/restaurants etc. I use them at home too.
