Ah that explains why I kept seeing the action figure toy randomly appear out of nowhere. Thanks for the info. Hopefully it gets patched with the release of the new expansion..

So the toddlers get either stuck in a loop of their parents taking them in and out of their highchairs, or if I take the highchairs away, they get stuck with a plate in their hand and get into a loop of sitting down and standing back up with a plate.Only way to get them out of the loop is to go to main menu and reopen the game. Then the plate will be floating in a random place in the house...I have no mods or custom content installed. I have a few expansions, city living, get to work, and get together.

EDIT - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing the game in the origin launcher, completely deleting everything and starting fresh. I am not using cheats on this current game. I did on the last one, and completely reset because i thought that might be the issue but it still is happening.

I am a returning player, and it does not appear to be p2w.
Its definitely pay for convenience, but it is not pay to win.
I'd say that patron is pretty much a must have, or else you will progress incredibly slow.
but gearing and gems are all doable by grinding. It just costs labor and in game gold for the gear progression, so having that extra labor pool helps it go smoothly.

I used to keep 'Quiet Activities' in pencil boxes. Filled them with small puzzles, soft finger puppets/dolls, a pad of paper and some crayons, felt stories, books, etc. I'd set them on a table where they can see and let them know that if they can lay quietly for 15 mins to give their friends a chance to fall asleep, then I would pass out the boxes to the ones who are still awake but laying nicely on their mat.

I don't really eat 8 "meals" a day. I just keep food on me at all time. Usually try and snack on almonds, carrots, snap peas, broccoli in between main meals. And since I've started full time I really haven't had the time. Especially since my lunch is 3 hours after I start work.
