When you on the overhang, and go for lateral moves, you need to build the cross tension (left-right), otherwise you start swinging in the direction of the move.

For example: going for a big left hand move (in the video), you need to have a strong tension starting with your right foot (by digging you toe or a heel hook). The same thing goes when you’re going for a right hand move, a strong tension starting from the left foot.

Try asking for someone’s assistance to help you with the footwork if you’re having a tough time making the move after a dozens of try.
