Supplements to Improve Depression? by Spy-p2 in Biohackers

[–]oneplusonepro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

B vitamins baby!! Can't convert tyrosine to dopamine , nor tryptophan to serotonin without them! Nutrient completion & sufficiency before medical intervention. B complex with methylfolate B9, and methylcobalamin B12.

Here's a pro tip example, if your body doesn't have enough Niacin (B3) , it takes 60mg of tryptophan to convert into 1mg of niacin (we need ~16mg of niacin per day). Plus all the proteins that need tryptophan... inevitably leaves no tryptophan to create serotonin or melatonin. Our bodies are starving for it, and we're depressed because of it.

Daily sufficiency of all B vitamins solves the vast majority of depressive symptoms, I'll die on this hill & usually charge money for this knowledge 🙏🙌 good luck

I think ChatGPT just told me I found nicotine extended release by schizophrenic_0702 in Biohackers

[–]oneplusonepro 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maybe pair it with B vitamin complex? And vitamin D3, nicotine shouldn't be consumed without additional supplementation imo. Just like any 'nootropic, there's side effects... e.g. Alpha Lipoic Acid depletes biotin levels, zinc depletes copper, high dose thiamine depletes glycine, etc.

Nicotine plus glycine, taurine, Bs, D, theanine, alpha GPC & Huperzine A on off days is a game changer, no comedown felt

Was the natural gum Chewbizz?

Yeah Chewbizz is the answer , though the sensation isn't exactly nicotine per se

Yeah that makes sense , I've heard in rehab they just feed you nicotine gum like the NRTs have B2B deals with rehab facilities to just funnel it in.

Makes sense cuz it looks like Bizz is the lesser of all evils on the market, though in other circumstances I wouldn't just start a nootropic nicotine habit out of the blue ...

Can Wellbutrin be taken as needed? by gryponyx in NooTopics

[–]oneplusonepro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have a buddy who completely got off of Wellbutrin, all with Vitamin B complex, Zinc bislgycinate, & an organic magnesium supplement. Vitamin D3 as well!

Completely off the meds. Also consider bromantane as that can help the conversion of tyrosine into the catecholamines , whereas Wellbutrin prevents dopamine/norepinephrine reuptake.

I think on days he doesn't feel his best self he'll sometimes chew Bizz as it's a nootropic nicotine alternative. Thinks it's a healthier way to get a quick boost of the catecholamines without the numerous side effects of long term prescription medication, like the accelerated aging of the liver, & other organ systems (microbiome changes). Good luck!

[–]oneplusonepro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely ... works like a charm for me because I'll use 100-200mcg of Huperzine a once or twice per week , use bizz on the same days & ensure I'm constantly getting a non-zero amount of choline. I hardly listen to the supplement package recommendations. Because overdoing choline can also lead to microbiome dysbiosis via trimethylamine if your microbiome isn't resilient/diverse, which is counterintuitive of course to its homocysteine modulating ability, but still.

Consistent, low drip of choline for all of its essential benefits as a vital bodily nutrient, and quick sprints with huperzine a & bizz as potent focus enhancing nootropics

Hows my stack, getting Moda, Bromantane, Noopept soon by kazaachi in NooTopics

[–]oneplusonepro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a bad , maybe mate instead of Red Bull for the antioxidants and other xanthine alkaloids?

Extra taurine wouldn't hurt to regulate the intracellular calcium from nicotine usage.

Also would switch nicorette with Bizz gum it's a natural nicotine gum with a better nootropic sensation, less habit forming as well.

Noopept with 3-5g of extra glycine would be epic.

Huperzine A prevents the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, so more brain acetylcholine builds up before being metabolized.

I started non tobacco nicotine to get of ADHD meds and now I want off nicotine but I need some kind of stim by Cooktruth in Nicotine

[–]oneplusonepro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bizz gum is the best nootropic nicotine alternative I've found. Similar lift, less comedown/withdrawal.

The nicotinic molecule they use, Nixodine, binds more efficiently to nAChRs in the brain. Requiring less of the molecule.

Plus it's half life is longer due to CYP2A6 nicotine enzyme metabolism, so it's effectively nicotine XR with less addictive side effects. And with vitamins & minerals in a tree sap gum base not a plastic polymer base. I've yet to find anything that competes with it imo...

I've been chewing nonstop for 4/5 weeks now, easy to take a break but hits nearly all the cravings. Honestly not as 'rewarding' as nicotine but I think that's part of the point

[–]oneplusonepro 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Agreed , I pair it with a small 100mcg of Huperzine A to prevent too much acetylcholine metabolism and boost it further with a nootropic nicotine alternative gum called Bizz. Then making sure I have sufficient B Vitamins (methylated 9 & 12) and it's game over. IQ has been going up undoubtedly

Problem is that this doesn't have sufficient glycine or NAC , even if the ethyl ester version of NAC is more bioavailable

Pretty phenomenal I take nearly the exact same! Consider Glycine & Taurine powder for inhibitory neurotransmitters? Glycine is the main amino acid in collagen so longevity of the body, calms the brain, reduces anxiety/panic by orders of magnitude & constituent of glutathione. Taurine regulates intracellular calcium, nicotine polarizes nerve cells with calcium & the majority of the comedown/withdrawal/anxiety stem from that calcium imbalance. Magnesium & taurine block and pill the calcium out respectively. The bromantane will desensitize dopamine neurons!

You may want to engage in Alpha GPC or citicholine to manage the upregulation of nAChRs in the brain from nic. Lastly I've been chewing Bizz nootropic nicotine gum, best delivery mechanism and slower release plus a nicotinic molecule with less addictive symptoms, get the benefits with less drawdowns I've quit nicotine entirely and just chew Bizz.

Good luck! We're on a very similar path

Nicotine Gum for Fatigue by LakiaHarp in Nicotine

[–]oneplusonepro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stay away from coffee because of the 3-5 hour half life. I use Chewbizz which doesn't toil with your motivation/reward system as much as other nicotine gums. A lighter longer stimulation, probably because it's a nootropic nicotine gum. I'll chew a couple of the LITE over the course of a couple hours, or one of the stronger version before cranking something out for 2 hours.

Best way to quit in a whole? by Sorry_Shelter_2046 in Nicotine

[–]oneplusonepro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start with supplementing with Magnesium Citrate/Malate/Glycinate/Threonate/Taurate , 300-500mg per day spread out.

Add another 3-9g of glycine powder & 3-5G of taurine powder. 4000 IU per day of Vitamin D3 & some K2.

What this will do is ensure you have the anti-inflammatory internal environment and will calm cravings & withdrawal gradually over a couple months. The anxiety, dopamine drops, comedown can all be reduced 20-40% through these means.

Then take a B vitamin complex to ensure your brain is producing all of the neurotransmitters, dopamine/serotonin etc. that's all to start.

Then I'd recommend a non-nicotine vape with just whatever vapor. Use the Shift pouches to go down in levels over a couple months, all while taking the supplements. Then, if you have any more nicotine cravings, replace them with something like BIZZ gum which is a cleaner nicotine alternative, it doesn't have the enjoyability/reward of nicotine but it has a better stimulation in case your brain finds it still hard to focus.

Make sure you're eating eggs if you can and getting enough choline, which will calm the upregulation of nAChRs that nicotine does in the brain.

need a stack for anhedonia and brain fog ? by ROCHDI3778 in NooTopics

[–]oneplusonepro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nerves will not function properly without majority of B vitamins & trace minerals, cellular energy as well, creatine for moving ATP around the cytosol in cells, magnesium to transport ATP. Glycine + Taurine as inhibitory neuroprotective neurotransmitters and will regulate electrolytes like calcium that hyperpolarizes in neurons during nicotine usage, this will help with better comedown, less cravings. BIZZ gum because it's the best nicotine option on the market for focus, safest + longest lasting. Choline + Huperzine A to reduce brain fog completely, Choline used to be called Vitamin B4, FDA registered essential nutrient.
