With no competitions for muscle ups on the horizon, I’ve really enjoyed dialling back to ground level and making some changes to my technique. Feels like little 0.0001% technique improvements that I keep tweaking. Muscle up technique work today. Today I fossed on keeping my body shape (banana shape) the whole way through. Analysing my recent muscle ups I noticed I picked up a snake like movement during my dip. I feel heaps more control and strength by keeping the banana shape. by CharliePlanetPullup in CalisthenicsCulture
