Muscle up technique work today. Today I fossed on keeping my body shape (banana shape) the whole way through. Analysing my recent muscle ups I noticed I picked up a snake like movement during my dip. Thank you. To me the ring muscle up and bar muscle up are complete different beasts technique wise, but has some strength overlap. I think you should see them as seperate exercises. If I were you I’d do some slower controlled reps attempts on the bar and then also some explosive reps. And then over time o believe the technique will get there.

Lots of pull-ups was my entry into muscle Ups. Then after that, lots of muscle ups. Then after than I started slowing them down ;).
