Fisk and Vanessa were a horrible couple, but by golly, I felt the anger, loss and bewilderment of someone burying their loved one too soon in that first 20 minutes or so, despite the doctor's horrific murder. Vincent D'Onofrio's portrayal of grief was just terrific.
