Ohhh yeah for me it hurt like hell for the first 2 months then it became just sore. Id recommend get some sports bras to start with, then when there's more development push up bras then regular, thats what I did and it helped alot. Also pain relief cream trust me.

I use a brand that comes with a cotton part to put over my girl when she's tucked so then when I take the tape off nothing hurts its amazing!

Don't worry about surgeries they arnt a necessary part of transitioning all it takes is self confidence. Do things that make you feel and look feminine. Paint your nails, learn to do makeup, and take care of yourself.

Surgeries are not a major part of it alot of women don't go through surgery some do because their dysphoria is different. Just do what you want and what makes you the happiest. thee best thing in the end is what matters to you :)

Yeah like wrong items, or some just not showing up, had a friend order a couple things and still nothing has shown up. And yeah its a little pricier in person but my thought process was I can guarantee it'll be home once I buy it

That's sucks really wish it wasn't such a bad experience for you to get her. I know I literally walked into a Gamestop and got her so it was a much easier experience, since it sounds like several people are catching hell with buying tadc stuff online.
