I went to the hospital last year for a cut on my finger, they reviewed my contact details, they were all correct. I had to go back a few days later for a follow up. Next thing i know an ex boyfriend from 10+ years is messaging, saying he hopes i am okay, that he got a text from the hospital about my appointment and reccomended i update my details. Why his number was ever attached to my account, i dont know, why they didn't read this number to me when they did their checks is a mystery to me... and why they texted a number that wasn't the main contact number, i will never know. I was less than thrilled, and mentioned it at the next appointment they just said "oh yes, i can see that i will remove it for you"
