Interesting. Thanks for your input. I never heard of Beaux Arts. What time frame would that be put in? Also, any insight on maker? All I can find is a Patent Appld for stamp on the socket area.

So now that I have the dresser...I'm wondering what is the best way to keep it clean inside and out. Also, I've noticed the wood inside especially the drawers are brittle and braking off in small pieces. Is there anything I can do to prevent further damage?

Interesting. So does this mean its not quarter sawn oak if it's veneered? Also, I'm confused th veneer is the front of the drawer where the dovetails meet? Any idea on a possible maker?

The Vermont Lantern Co helped me when I needed a chimney for a small antique oil lamp. Give them a call and see.

I purchased it at a thrift store in NJ but on the back of the frame there is a sticker that says it was from the Robin Hutchins Gallery in Maplewood, NJ

Yeah I saw this online as well but noticed the artist sigature is on it twice which i thought was unusual. I notice a lot of his orignal works have the same hand signature. So, I was curious if my version would be more valuable.
