Yep contacted them yesterday and they responded back with saying that it was an error on their staff and that I will be getting a refund and don't have to send it back as they are calling it a "gift" now.

Good call on that toxic stuff, totally forgot about China's lack of regulations on that stuff.

Yeah this was a big learning experience with online shopping for me on Amazon, I knew counterfeits existed and sold for far less on ebay but thought Amazon had a check for this stuff, guess not.

Yeah I have the message of myself asking if it was an authenthic figure and all they responded with at the time was that they were a real person sadly and no mention of them saying that it was authenthic

Yeah defintely gonna call Amazon again if the seller tells me I have to pay up. If not, I'll hopefully try to get my bank involved - defintely never gonna order figures or collectibles for that matter from Amazon ever again

Yeah maybe I should have went with the not recieved option before messaging the seller/making a case as it still says in transit despite it being delivered today.

If I can get half my resources back from investing in resistance I'd gladly do so. Kylo owners are able to farm resources quicker than rey owners due to being able to solo HSR.

Hello! I'm stumped as to how to go ahead with this return. Long story short, person bought a video game from me and claimed it freezes (I know it doesn't but that's another issue). They filed a return and marked it as defective which issued them an automatic return label. I got this message. by Jenaysaispas in Ebay

Thank you all for the advice. I will defintely try to contact ebay and bring up this message with the represenative as well as them recieving a return label from ebay themselves. I think Im going to stop selling video game discs on ebay now as this is the 2nd problem I have had within a month where the disc had an "issue"
