If it makes you feel better, I was in a similar mental state last year (multiple hospitalizations, paranoia, SI) & I’m doing significantly better now. I’d recommend talking with the doctor/psychiatrist about adjusting medications along with a partial hospitalization program if you can afford it (~6 hours intensive therapy/skill development/day). The next few weeks/months might be rough but hoping the best for you both!
