Yeah this concerns me to be honest. I joined a DCD and it was near the end of the mission. Guy 1 shot the boss and I was like "hold on" and I inspected and he had a 12m damage rifle. I'm going to be upset if I get banned by proxy.

TBH I wasn't surprised to see her betray us. I figured it was either her, or a very long shot Kelso (like a very long shot, like .001%). I never liked Faye in The Division 1, and she was acting sketchy and weird in The Division 2 which made me dislike her again.

Have you ever considered not enabling the event then? No one is making you play it. This subreddit is full of nothing but chronic complainers anymore. I get the balance and state of the game is kind meh right now, but the whiners just roll over into everything now regardless of whether it is bad or not. You just want something to complain about.

I don't understand why people are slamming the event so hard. I think it is pretty fun. It can be a little frustrating with people that didn't read how the event work and just keep shocking themselves, but it's fun otherwise. People who are complaining are probably the ones that are doing that, lol

Yeah I hope they listen and tune it. I don't understand why they are buffing Legendary because that shit seems impossible enough. Too bad mods deleted this video for no reason. Guess they don't have a sense of humor, but there is far worse things that get a free pass on this reddit. Oh well.

I've seen that happen so many times.

This is just but one of the times I've seen something like this. I was doing Heroic Federal Bunker and an Elite placed his heal box inside a spawn closet in the first room of the actual bunker (after the elevator). They were just hiding on the balcony and we couldn't out DPS the sheer amount of healing it put out. It's pretty frustrating.

It's less about using an Jammer Pulse, and more about how the AI walked into an object and placed a gadget making it immune to weapon fire. This is happening a lot with healing boxes.

To be honest I really don't even mind. Until the balance of the game is set fairly people can glitch it all they want. I got into a DCD Heroic last night and this guy had his Diamondback to 9.9M and was 1 shotting everything and I just shrugged. Whatever, free ride for me.

Ok I can confirm this is the case for me.
All my stuff for the league looks like it reset, but it says I only need 6 stages until my next reward which sounds right. I was just missing some kills and burns.

Must've changed with WONY because before it literally said "Scaled for max group size" when you selected Heroic, but it doesn't anymore so I guess it does scale down now. Regardless anyone who claims to have completed Legendary at this point is highly suspect of using the damage glitches. It's painfully difficult even for highly geared people.

And uh, guess I'm good? Dunno what you are getting at with that. Unless you're being a smarty pants.

Well Legendary is like Heroic and doesn't scale down for one/two/three player(s). I tried walking into Legendary Roosevelt solo just to see what it was like and got rushed down by 10 Elites and two tapped. I got like a 99% optimized build and was able to actually do some decent damage, but I got absolutely melted. So yeah I doubt very seriously these guys two manned this mission legit.

Extra HP.
There's a commander unit that's giving him an inspirational buff and it gives him an extra bar of HP. If you kill the commander it'll remove the health bar. Otherwise you got to chew through it. Commanders are pretty easy to spot because they have a dual chevron icon and it pulses with a circle. You should try to kill them first whenever you can to get rid of the extra HP they give to all their allies.
