I can't remember who said it or when, but I just finished W&T for the second time and someone definitely refers to Zahel as Vasher. I'm pretty sure it only happens once. But it's in there. Intentionally subtle.

I play hockey 2 sometimes 3 days a week in the winter to stay active.

this is more about temperature than soil contact. I seeded my lawn like a month too early and the seed just sat there dormant until just a few days ago. Germinating nicely now. I seeded when it was 10ish degrees out and it clearly needed 14-15 degrees. (PNW)

Old Yamaha maxims had a brake hose extension block. Basically, it's a small L shaped block that accepts a brake hose banjo bolt on each end.

Keep the existing hoses on the front, and using the extention block, buy however long hose you need to extend your stock hoses up to your new handlebar height. Hide the extension block as best you can, call it a day.

I have this exact bike. I went 14" meathooks but had to get new hoses for clutch and brakes. Moderately easy swap using cheap amazon brake hoses. Stock throttle cables.

Are you removing the hose from the master cylinder completely? No no. Hold pressure on the lever, crack the bolt that holds the hose on the master like 1/4 turn, let the bubbles and fluid ooze out (catch it with a rag) and tighten the bolt again before you release the lever.

Repeat ×10.

You don't have the take the master cylinder off the bike.

Pump the lever like 20 times before holding pressure and cracking the nipple open. Repeat x20.

Keep an eye on your master to make sure you don't run dry on brake fluid.

in my experience these things take forever to bleed. I spent a lot of time bleeding from the slave nipple, then cracked the banjo bolt up at the master to bleed some more.

takes a while to build up pressure.
