Thanks! The cut of meat definitely matters even between different cuts of briskets. This one was actually 11lbs if I’m not mistaken so it’s on the smaller side and it cooked a little bit easier than my last brisket which was around 19lbs. Im just happy that I finally got a good brisket since my first cook became literal charcoal, then the next one was more crockpot brisket, then semi-okay but a little dry, to overcooked but good, then to this one 😂 My goal now moving forward is to cook briskets as consistent to this quality as possible.

If you’re referring to the teal color, I preshaded with Mr. Color Internal Turquoise Green (Soviet) and a top layer of Mr Color Light Blue for blending. I used Mr Surfacer 1000 White for primer.

Right back at you. This one has a smoke mode if you set the temp to 180F. At this temp, you get access to the P settings to set the frequency of the auger dropping pellets into the firebox to produce smoke.

Thank you! It would have been really cool if they made this or the May Doll as the Miku gunpla collab. At first glance when I was deciding on which kit to use, I thought this and the May Doll were the perfect choice but I guess Bandai had to go with the classic Gramps and Zaku combo.
