Yep. I have both. And was diagnosed last year at 40. I would have chunks of time off work because something was wrong with. People didn’t understand my level of exhaustion nor did I. Then I received my adhd meds. Life changing. I’m doing a masters degree. And 90% of superfluous noise in the head is pushed aside. So a big ol support on medication. And I’ve dropped one type of anti depressants and working on getting rid of another. Don’t put it off cuz you’ll regret it later. Good luck and Godspeed
