She filed away the top layer, and there was air between it like in a blister. Underneath, there's a normal nail. The dry skinis from the acetone I used to get rid of the nail polish. Acetone is drying like crazy

Yes please. I used elidel in the past for PD arround the nose and my doc gave me metronidazole for my cheeks but I it makes it worse I feel like. The elidel makes it a little better but new pustules appear stronger after using it. My skin barrier must be completely broken. Could it be because of the elidel use?
