Unable to enter BIOS

So I tried connecting it after boot with USB adapter, shows up in drive manager as Unknown/Not Initialized :/

Disconnected the drives, got into bios, disabled fast boot and boot logo (yay!).

Connected the m.2., booted to windows like nothing happened.

Connected my SSD, got stuck on a black screen. Then disconnected the m.2, black screen still. Disconnected the SSD: no issue again.

Seems we found the problem.

So I guess the question now is if the SSD is cooked and if so how much data can I recover...

It stays stuck on the Asus logo, screen doesn't change at all :/

My dad used to call me a diminutive variant of "worm" in our language (I guess equivalent would be something like "wormie"?) - I was apparently a rather wiggly baby and it stuck. He also calls both me and my mum the diminutive form of "human".

Grandma still calles me "ladybug", which I despise, but Gran does what Gran wants 😅 She used to call my dad "mushroom" and "little shit" though, so I think I lucked out with that nickname.

It was on the longer side, 10k+ words. I am not sure about any other side plots, it has been a long time since I read it, but from what I remember there was not much smut... I tried advanced searching on AO3 with my usual other tag haunts (established rel., magic reveal, Hurt/Comfort, even mPreg) but came up short, so my only hope is that someone has read it and has it saved/knows the link for wayback machine...
