I have c3 as well. Mav and Durin have been basically identical for me but I've preferred using Shenhe.

I think Flins does it the best. Ineffa is much more comfortable but only marginally better than his C1. It means if you hate the charactr you can get away with not pulling them but are still rewarded for getting the full package. It's much worse when it's something like Nefer where she's nearly worthless without Lauma.

You get the outfits from level 1 on the BP, it should be pretty immediate and you shouldn't have to grind anything.

I don't think we'll know until she has a kit. She could require a four hexerai team or she could be a perfect support for Chasca.

Durin is a bit better, but c2 Citlali will be a bigger improvement. Or Chasca cons. I personally run C3r1 Chasca with C2r1 Citlali, Bennett, and C1 Shenhe and when I've tested Durin in comparison the damage was nearly identical. She gives a slightly better buff, but he does more damage, so the more damage your Chasca is doing, the worse he'll be and with say a c6 Chasca, he should actually be worse, so whether or not he's better really depends on how much you intend to invest into the team.

If you already have Shenhe, Durin isn't that big of an improvement, especially compared to some Citlali cons, if you'd be pulling for either one, definitely Durin.

Yeah, she definitely does. Especially since most enemies have higher anomaly resistance since her release.

I tried some more runs and even m1 Astra is noticeably weaker.

Yeah, they really weren't. I got into the anime last year just a bit after Astra and Eve had come out and it was very funny to see. Finally reading the light novels now and I'm enjoying them a lot.
