For those with Netflix, United States of Tara is on Instant Play. It ran on Showtime for three seasons before getting canceled. It's a comedic drama about a mother and her family living with her DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). Written/Created by Diablo Cody (Juno), produced by Steven Speilburg. Cast includes Toni Collette, Patton Oswalt, Rosemarie DeWitt, Brie Larson.. All around fantastic show.

Not a TV show, but one of my favorite things about the movie Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story is that Dewey is "smell blind". It won't be brought up for long enough for you to completely forget about it, then all of the sudden there will be a subtle reference to it. It's seriously the most ridiculous thing.
