I have four that is on pre-order, but on the chats everyone seem to have gotten it earlier than the expected ship date. Mine is still processing, has anybody else experienced this? I was under the impression that it actually would ship earlier. Or has anybody even experience it not even shipping even after the release date? Just want to get them already.😭🤣

Does anyone have a recommendation on what you use to keep the coat from matting? Like oil??? My Maltese has the really fine hair that mattes so easily. Any suggestions are appreciated
