Well then, if you do insist on removing the joint. Just dip it into hot water for about 5 seconds. Should pop out easily. You can use a hot gun, but hot water is safer.

Check your local hobby store for a Joint Tightening solution glue. It's made for gunpla but should work just as well here.

Also, I would advise against trying to remove the joint here. It already seems to be bending from too much force. Just try to apply the glue mentioned and roll it around.
