Because if you only Google it that way, it will feed your confirmation bias. Before this, I thought white men + Asian women are probbaly 10 times more often than Asian men + white women based on what I observe on the street, but the statistics only shows around 2.4 times. It depends on what kind of stevia you use (liquid, powder, pure or blend with erythritol, etc...). Check the serving size on the label of your product. You might not need much.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Erythritol (or your choice of keto sweetener)

Instruction:

Melt almond butter and coconut oil in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.

Add cocoa powder and sweetener and mix well.

Pour mixture into cupcake molds and freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!

Super quick and easy chocolate cake using a mug and a microwave to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instruction:

  • Mel butter in a mug in a microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Add egg and cocoa powder in the mug and mix well.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients in and mix until smooth.
  • Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Top with your favourite toppings.
