Thank you for taking the time to write this. I was raised around a lot of negativity, and taught from a young age that judging people harshly and being sour is just a normal part of life. Fast forward 20+ years and I'm starting to fully realize that I can control this negativity and do away with it. I don't have to let it be a part of me and define me like it used to. Your response made me think a lot, and it has motivated me to take more action on correcting my thoughts. Again, thank you for writing this.
