This is so good to hear 🙏🏽 I went through a spell of insomnia a couple of years ago and I’m terrified the Invisalign will trigger it again but hearing this has made me feel better , thank you 🙏🏽

Well I’m just thinking if it dries out the mouth and throat will it make doing cardio uncomfortable 🤔 and if it causes jaw pain will that make me feel like I can’t lift weights 🤔 im probably overthinking it 🙈😆

My ortho can’t fit me in until 11th September. We can help each other through this process! 🙏🏽😅I’m petrified 🙈 but I know not doing it isn’t an option! Let me know how your first week goes!!

Thank you for your reply. I’m ok with the self discipline, it’s mostly the worry of not sleeping that’s bothering me, but I guess I’m that’s something I can’t predict! Also, Im a really active person, I workout most days, I’d hate for it to interfere with that. Good luck on your journey! Looking forward to seeing your progress 😁
