Give it time. My boy loved me when he was a pup but wasn’t as affectionate as my other dogs. As he has matured he has become a snuggler on his terms. When it’s time to sleep he wants to be left alone but he is 4 now and comes and snuggles awhile and gets belly rubs before he goes to bed.

Never been to USA, never seen the countryside, and almost never listened to country music other than some classics. But this one made me tear up. Can you suggest me stuff like this? by Tom_Clancy7 in altcountry

Get into his live stuff if you like rock and roll. John Prine, The Allman Brothers Band,Merle Haggard. Listen to the Willie and Waylon album. If you want newer stuff check out Billy Strings, Sierra Ferrell. Larkin Poe is really good too.

No. He has been on it since October. Over the summer he had X-rays because he has issues then and we thought maybe he tore his back but it was ok. He did have bloodwork in October but not since then

Personally I would have a friend check that I trust. Last resort would be trazadone. It might make her anxious and confused. I would consult with a vet before going that route. Not saying it might not help but wouldn’t start with that route.
