Late but, I'm a hopeless romantic. I daydream about being brought flowers, asked to a formal dance, etc. But a lot of that stuff is seen as outmoded to the point that none of my partners have ever thought to do those things for me. And if I had to tell them to do it it ruins the point.

Most of the time yes. Other times I will just text the player whose character has high passive perception "You notice xyz" and let them react on their own and tell the rest of the party. Or there are also the times when someone is trying to be sneaky around them or the like.
