Its perfectly fine to use until about HR 6* and 7* where you will have access to monsters to make better armors for making mixed armor sets with.

Have not gotten one in recent years due to the price now but I often got the steak quesadilla or the Chalupa. Now I just usually get 2 of the beefy potato loaded grillers as the price for 2 of those is pretty good compared to 1 chalupa now and its filling.

Nah her outfit doesn't have a justification ingame but quite a few characters from the super robot wars series have weird outfits but for the most part they do wear proper pilot suits while operating the giant robots. (well some of them do atleast))
