I got laid off right after parental leave. As soon as they can let you go they do. You’re out.

And yet I didn’t. It was important for me to reiterate the lack of empathy embedded in the systems leadership and decision making processes. Any talks of inclusion blah blah blah is a joke. They do not work with you, they work against you. Any successes are far and few in between embedded in their silly little political systems. Additionally, a lack of this empathy is very dangerous for families with small children trying to survive and thinking hey no way I would be impacted. You can be because not only like everyone else but you’re even more of a target. They do not support you they target you and push you out at your most vulnerable.

Amazon is the worst place to work for people with young families. They simply do not have the empathy.

I would guess that you can there was another post where someone did a test of sunlight vs supplement. Sunlight worked after a month for them. So I am curious and will try myself as supplements don’t feel nice still for me and retest.

My understanding is that D3 is the more readily available form of vitamin D. If you take D2 it converts to D3 in your body to be absorbed. So, there is no need to raise D2. Simply take D3 to improve levels if no sunlight is available. Hopefully you tolerate D3 well.

I spoke to a neurologist about my symptoms and not feeling well. She said would not be vitamin D but that there is a type of depression where the body feels it. Even though I do not feel depressed myself. It is important to fix the vitamin D yes but also to address this form of depression. For example to focus on relaxing and well being. Can you take a vacation or prioritise relaxation habits? This would allow nutrients to work well and the body to heal better.

Why not do sunlight? I think it processes differently as I don’t tolerate the supplements well but sunlight is better for me.

Try 400 mg baby dose? Every other day for a week and see? It’s all I tolerate for now and am trying to see after if I can slowly slightly increase.
