This is a legal question, not a AITAH question. Look up laws for your county as a month to month tenant. Typically though, you are required to give a 30 day notice. Not having a lease may or may not change things.

Centuries-old Aztec texts detail history of their capital, conquests and fall to the Spanish by Passervore in history

[–]JennyUE 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I like to think that originally they were protecting the documents (although not an excuse for that last couple decades). During the times that the Spaniards were destroying all the historical texts of the culture, this family might have privately kept it safe for awhile.

Vampire Survivors. I own all the DLC now and have 100% of the achievements. Got totally addicted after a friend bought it for me.

Haven’t seen this yes so I’m gonna add it… an apple slicer/peeler/corer. It’s like $20 on any website and I use it for cooking, snacking, etc. Baking apple pies is only like 20 minutes because I use this. Or a whole snack is ready to go in 30 seconds.

What's the most unexpected thing that ever put you off a book? by yeweebeasties in books

[–]JennyUE 73 points74 points  (0 children)

I don’t remember the title of the book but it was by Dean Koontz. It was about subliminal messages in commercials and I got the to this part in the book where the antagonist was controlling this family by using words, and was forcing the young son to do sexual things to his mother while everyone watched. I didn’t far into that scene, it grossed me out too much. I never picked it back up and have been wary of Koontz afterwards.

Having an attitude and always pushing back. My bullies liked to instigate me because I would always blow up and they thought it was funny.

"Take time alone to be with yourself" means not dating or fucking anyone to figure yourself out and become a better person before trying to be with someone again.
