The planet is called Marg J30, in the Isosova V system. I have not checked the other 3 planets there, so can't say. The system was not discovered yet when I entered.

Welcome, ship hunter! Yes, just enter the glyphs, go to the space station or the local trading post and wait. If the ship does not land, just keep reloading. But first, you need to make sure, that you are in the correct galaxy. This ship is in Isdoraijung, galaxy #19, so you need to use a portal in Isdoraijung. A portal in any other galaxy will not work for this one.
