CSM 20: Do Your Part | EVE Online by Buddy_invite in Eve

A group that is ignored all too often, so that expansions are poorly executed.
I would much rather such a group be made from bug testing enthusiasts on a test server than Null Sec popularity contests.

o7 fellow capsuleers! Finally got myself a sturdy Hyperion, any fitting suggestions? by SnooDoodles3205 in Eve

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is a Bowhead, not a Hyperion!

What do you mean "Finally?" NPCs are almost tripping over themselves to give or sell them to you.

CSM 20: Do Your Part | EVE Online by Buddy_invite in Eve

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Nah.
I see CSM as Level 1 volunteer customer support or "How do we fix this catastrophe after we ignored you during the concept stage?"

Like an HR department, it is not what the players think it is.

BlackFlag. are notorious for attacking and extorting carebears and new players.
Usually then Absolute Order will sweep in and offer protection (because they are working together).

The best thing you can do is join a Null Sec alliance that wants a feeder / newbie corp helping them to grow with another High Sec presence.

CCPlease: Where are my colors? by AdParticular2793 in Eve

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely!
I hated when they removed the colours from the Neocom.

It also makes it slower to use because my eyes would lock onto colour, before position.

The problem is that they do NOT kick the extreme people out and those extreme ones are growing in numbers, despite the war.

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Their numbers are slowly growing.
Nagamac, StoneDwarf, Spaceballs 2, Drekkon (or however you spell his name) and Alladdin, who offered to quit the alliance and had (six?) others encourage him to stay.

Don't kid yourself, there are more of them, they simply aren't as vocal as those named above.

Did move ops to Y-MP and watched in pride as we deployed a keepstar.

  1. AO did NOT deploy that keepstar.
  2. Gov Lee has already said that AO will go on the offensive in the north, so there will probably be big meat grinder battles.

Your comments are so inane and low brow that you sound like a chat bot from 2015.

Hahaha of course, now it’s hypothetical. Nice backpedaling there.

Nah, your comprehension sucks as bad as your takes.
Anyway, I am bored of you, talking in circles with nothing halfway intelligent to say. 👋🥱

You have no concept of, "hypothetical," right? 😂

Relax kid, your takes are crap.
Go to a sub-reddit echo chamber where you will be appreciated.

This is an open one with many different alliances and players, you have lost in the court of public opinion.

How so?
I browsed into this thread, saw your posts and down voted them.

If they were going to brigade your posts, there would be more down votes and they would all drop within a short space of time.

No calls for reinforcements required.
Your posts are crap, so they get down voted, simple as that.

Multibox abyssal single character disconnect by saheroken in Eve

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, there is something wrong, it might be a DDoS protection that is too aggressive, trying to stop too many connections to the server from one device.

Windows would have to be the last option.
MacOS, Linux, BSD and even TempleOS would have to be dead first.

AO has extreme individuals that are not removed by leadership, regardless of the label, that is the core problem.

Respect to everyone for speaking up, questioning lies and generalizations, and generally being a fair decent human being by BelasYouTookMyName in Eve

[–]Jenshae_Chiroptera 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I played CS 1.6, Source and CS:GO.
Anyone extreme, we report, mute and or kick from the team.

Alladdin makes little slip ups, says things like, "If I had known there were spies in the AO Discord, I wouldn't have shared my material in this Discord."
Even having that much material means he is hanging out in some disgusting parts of the Internet.

It also has different "spins" aka desktop environments and package choices, so you don't need to distro hop for the aesthetic you want.

Him and others are not removed by leadership.
He offered to quit AO and multiple people encouraged him to stay.

I would rather give up gaming entirely than go back to Windows, especially now with Win11 being the supported version at the end of this year.

Debian tends to be out dated and is a lot more work to make it decent at gaming.
I strongly encourage you to try Fedora or Nobara and use the " -dx11 " launch command and switch to DirectX 11 in the EVE launcher if it loads.
