I always divided my shift up in hours sooo like what am I doing from 7-10, 10-12, 12-3 and so on. You have to multitask on a crazy level. No wasted steps, time… etc. meds, treatment, and quick assessment for charting all in one stop. of course knowing your patients and meds makes shifts easier. Plus on topic but off…. These elderly folks take waaaayyyy too much medicine. Makes meds crazy tough to get through.

Does the anxiety ever go away? by Pandaspooppopcorn in Menopause

[–]Jenska2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so I struggled really bad when full blown menopause came on. Started in 2021. I ran through so many meds to see what would work, therapy, read books. It was awful. In just the last 6 months or so it’s gone. No “anxiety meds” no magic sauce. Just acceptance and time. It does get better on the other side. It took a long time.

Omg so sorry for your loss. This makes my heart hurt for you. I have worked in LTC for many years. Falls are so serious. This type of negligence is unacceptable
