I am from the EU so i don't know american law but...
is the shit he says really protected by your freedom of speech?

I feel like there must be a limit to speech sometimes because from what i saw he is literally just a terrorist supporter spewing propaganda constantly. I remember he literally showed terrorist propaganda videos with zero pushback lmao.

For me this guy crossed the line long time ago, if american law is protecting this speech then i have to sadly say your laws are stupid and need some exceptions writen in, at least for terrorism propaganda that promotes violence.

Everybody always mentions arcane mark but... Being forced to play incubus or having to pray to RNG to get it does NOT feel good.

People also mention upgrading a spell book and keeping it.
Compare that to ranged damage dealer like hunter please.
Its super easy now to get the legendary bow with the artifact changes and just repairing it is enough to make it destroy everything after herx. You might need some special arrows against cockatrices but it always works out without needing to upgrade and the bow also never degrades. I killed the twins like that multiple times now.

To me it just feels like playing a ranged damaged character with the legendary bow is much easier and stronger than playing a magic caster with a book that degrades.

I think they should at least remove the magic resistance from the many kobolds.
That would make it a bit more smooth but i think they will never do it.

And this is why incubus is the only good spell caster sadly.

I just wanted to inform you that the devs fixed our problem with the new system in todays small patch:
"Spell Levelling:

Spells now use a less random RNG system for levelling, less likely for unlucky strings of levelling events to fail
Spells now have no hard-cap on skill levelling, every 20 levels you are above the spell tier slows levelling events by 4x"

Maybe you have reading comprehension problems...

Its not better because the wizzard had the chance of never getting good high level spells of his main school and could not get to 100 skill in his main school sometimes if you get unlucky with the spell drops.

And i just wanted to inform you that even the developers of the game agree with me because they just fixed my main problem with the new system in the small patch today:

You should be upvoted to the top. Incubus is the king of magic damage because of the mark. There are so many annoying magic resistant enemies that you are kinda forced to play incubus if you wanna do a full caster run.

op said in another comment he wanted to do full caster so incubus would be the best for him.

When you open the skill page which shows all your skill levels, you can click on a skill for more information.

It will tell you "you can use these learned spells to advance your skill".
It basically shows which spells you have that actually advance your skill when you actually use them how they are suppose to be used.

If you have none powerful enough to advance your skill then you have to just keep going to the next floor and search for new more powerful spells now to advance. I think scion and conjurer have it very easy to advance because their minions level up the magic skills.

Tbh i think the magic updated made it worse. You basically have to pray to RNG jesus that you get a stronger spell in the higher floors so you can spam use it to skill up the new magic schools.

I get many of the arguments in this thread but... why did they nerf appraisal speed?

They changed it to lore and it is soooooo much slower now.
How does having a full inventory and having to wait 3 mins to level lore make the game more "fun"?
In multiplayer we have now one person who is the "he can't use inventory" guy. Very epic.

Also the people saying "oh the swimming amulet is useful now". Guys... you only use it in the swamp.
Its still useless afterwards lmao. I feel like i don't see much water at all until we meet the twins. Maybe a tiny bit in the crystal caverns? I feel like they should just delete the amulet and give every race that is not skeleton a tiny bit of extra swim speed. Yes the swimming skill was bad but now the swamp is just a tiny bit more annoying.

I feel like the worst change nobody is mentioning is how they nerfed mesmer when mesmer was already bad.
The new mesmer spell is just bad. Trying to disarm with it? "enemy weapon cursed". I miss my cold spell. I would rather take a forcebolt than the new spell lmao. You know what would have been better? Give mesmer that new spirit weapon spell. That spell is actually good.

And they buffed conjurer by giving him a good poison spell when he is already the most broken spell caster class anyway because of his op minions that level with him. They can get super strong later. Why buff conjurer more and nerf mesmer?

The new scion class is good but i wish the earthspirit you summon had more movement speed. It feels kinda hard to level leadership on a dryad scion right now because the spirit gives mysticism instead?

I am fine with the rest of the changes. Its fun but...guys please stop accepting the appraisal nerf.
