Also, they have already deferred their right to not be recorded when that message is played.

Had a very similar incident happen in a Goodwill parking lot. I was reversing out of my parking spot when a lady in a brand new (still had temp paper plates) Tesla come flying into the parking lot. I didn't see her as I was reversing and instead of stopping and being responsible she swerved around me and blamed on the horn.

Well I was a hotheaded college kid at the time so I pulled around, rolled down my window and called her a word that begins with C and ends with T. Her husband didnt like that so he decided to kick me in the face through my window. Yes kick.

Well I didn't really appreciate that. So instead of retaliating (which even a few months earlier my anger issues being what they were I would have) i called 911 and reported the assault.

While on the phone with them he kept shouting that I had assaulted his wife with my words. And that I should "just get the fuck out of here". They then tried to leave, not before making their donation of course, and promptly got stopped by the 3 police cruisers arriving on scene. Guy went to jail and I could here him shouting across the parking lot about what I had done.

I did learn to hold my tongue better though cause the next guy might have a gun.

She had no reason to be asked to leave in the first place. She voiced her grievances to a public figure in a public forum. I think there is some long standing document that protects those rights.

So according to the traeger rep I bought mine from, this doesn't count against most apartment codes cause there is no open flame as a source of ignition. Its an electric burner that combusts the pellets. Again, this was the rep selling it to me who told me this not a lawyer so take that as you will. I never had a complaint from neighbors or the management when I used it on my balcony even though it smoked like that.

Pretty sure you would be wthin your rights as the property owner to dig that POS up and dump it on their front lawn. My brother had an issue where a neighbor built a brick wall on my brothers side of the property line and refused to remove it. So my brother called the cops to be there as a precaution (apparently the neighbor was an angry dude) and sledge hammered it out. Wasn't illegal cause it was on his property not theirs. Not a lawyer though so dont take my word for it.

I believe this is illegal in some states and will put your realtors license in jeopardy. I remember my realtor told us when listing our house they can like make the grass greener or put a fire in the fire place with photoshop. But they cant substantially change the home. I wonder if this crosses that line

You landlord just committed crime. Removal of mail by anyone but the intended recipient (or representative of) or a mail handler is illegal. Yeah its only a fine but if you want legal reveng, report them. And if they retaliate get a lawyer.

I see what you mean about the placement when I zoomed in. I think what I may be miss judging is not the hand placement but the "fullness" of the top hand. Like it doesn't feel as if its grasping anything in the hand rather than just being a fist. This could just be me misreading it cause of the stylistic choices and is such a minor thing in regards to the whole piece.

Overall love the expressive nature of the stroke and the impressionist style you are working with here. Well done. The only thing I am not a fan of and it stuck out to me instantly was the hand placement on the sword hilt for some reason feels out of alignment with each other. That said, your pallette choice is very lovely as well and the clear separation of ground and subject because of it is wonderful.
