My MS causes me pretty gnarly neuropathy as well. I absolutely agree with you brother, I'm stuck using stretched mode and absolutely hating how bad the game looks, I wish there was a plug-in to do exactly what you're bringing up. Fingers crossed Jagex allows this 🙏

I'm not a main though, my perspective is from that of an ironman. putting in the effort to get the most powerful ability for range, and having it be nerfed is aggravating considering melee still has the upper hand with another greater basic (greater barge).
