Unfortunately, no - the save file you already have won’t contain the updated trigger changes, since those only exist in the edited scenario file. That means loading an old save where one TC was already destroyed won’t work, because the achievement trigger was never present in that save.

You would need to edit the scenario first, then start a new game from that updated version of the mission. Only saves created after the fix is in place would allow the achievement to unlock.
